THE DESIGN PROCESS:
STEP ONE:
- You phone or email us with details of what you need done.
- We agree on a total job estimate based on an hourly rate.
- We come to your project site.
- We listen to your ideas and job brief.
- We give you our ideas for your input.
- We decide on a general direction for the design.
STEP TWO:
- We do a sketch design and email it to you or meet you on site for your input.
- We develop your design together.
- We finish your drawings and email them to the other consultants for quotes.
STEP THREE:
- We forward our drawings to the certifier
