THE DESIGN PROCESS:

STEP ONE:

• You phone or email us with details of what you need done.
• We agree on a total job estimate based on an hourly rate.
• We come to your project site.
• We listen to your ideas and job brief.
• We give you our ideas for your input.
• We decide on a general direction for the design.

STEP TWO:

• We do a sketch design and email it to you or meet you on site for your input.
• We develop your design together.
• We finish your drawings and email them to the other consultants for quotes.

STEP THREE:

• We forward our drawings to the certifier
